Ed is passionate about transforming businesses, she offers an unusual perspective; a deep understanding of leading transformational change, and the pressures and dynamics that come with it.

With three decades spent transforming businesses in the fast moving consumer goods sector, delivering high value, complex culture and behavioural change., the last decade delivering value from mergers and acquisitions, with over 30 deals worth $6bn in 15 territories.

Ed left the security of her senior executive role in 2019 to set up Pike Squared, with her partner Nick Pike, an advisory firm specializing in guiding businesses through the toughest transformations.

An expert in leadership, human behaviour, culture, motivation, value realisation, and inspiration, Ed often writes, speaks, and teaches, inspiring the next generation of change agents and leaders.

With Nick, Ed is a co-creator of Irrational Change, a practical, and disruptive approach to leading change incorporating the latest in behavioural and social sciences.
